Differences: Again, mostly modern setting. This is kind of like Hannibal but with women (and no cannibalism), so refer to that.
Similarities: Really well written characters, very interesting from a psychological standpoint. Freud would've loved both of these shows. Also evil bisexuals <3
Warnings: Harmful portrayals of mental illness once again. Other than that... not much? If you've watched IWTV you can probably handle anything here (especially given that it's TV-14 as opposed to IWTV's TV-MA rating)
Again, if you wanted to see more women, this is absolutely the show for you.
